About Digital Austen

The Short Version

I spent years working in iGaming before starting Digital Austen. I know how online casinos operate from the inside: the margins, the bonus structures, the withdrawal tricks, all of it. Now I use that knowledge to test non-GamStop casinos and tell you exactly what I find.

How We Review Casinos

Every review follows the same process. We create a new account, deposit real money, play through the bonus, test withdrawals, contact support, and document the entire experience. Rachel breaks down the bonus maths, Danny evaluates the game library, and James pulls it all together into a final verdict.

The 15 casinos currently on this site are the ones that survived the process. We've tested plenty more that didn't make the cut: slow payouts, dodgy bonus terms, unresponsive support. You won't find those here.
